Q: Warranty Policy

Northern 4wd Warehouse guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us for assistance within 7 days of receiving the product.  Damaged product will need an approved return authorization by Northern 4wd within the 7 day window so we can get the product returned and exchanged. 

Defective product will also require a return authorization prior to return, within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please review the manufacturer information included with your new product about the warranty coverage on their product.  If a product has been deemed to be defective After 30 days please contact the manufacturer to be handled under the manufacturer warranty.

Q: Return and Cancelation Policy

Orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled without starting a return authorization (RA) with Northern 4wd. This process can be started by emailing us at sales@northern4wd.com .

Any products not used, damaged or altered in any form within 30 days of delivery and in its original packaging is eligible for a return. A return authorization (RA) needs to be started with Northern 4wd Warehouse, and approved, before any returns will be accepted.

Mounted wheels cannot be returned/exchanged under any circumstance. We cannot guarantee fitment of wheels if the vehicle is lifted or lowered due to unforeseen variables.

Electrical Parts and tuners/programmers are non-returnable.  If there is an issue with a part that falls under this category, reach out to sales@northern4wd.com for assistance.

Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, paperwork, and must be packaged properly to avoid shipping damages.

Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items and closeouts.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

 

Q: Taxes

Customers are not charged customs or duties for any products. Canadian customers may be required to pay Canadian taxes on selective products available on the Northern 4wd Warehouse website. Once an item is processed through checkout, applicable tax rates are calculated according to the province inputted in the province field. Please note Canadian customers will not be charged any customs or duties.
